(1)鋼筋彎曲變形或局部斷裂

(2)鋼筋密封板或錐頭焊縫損壞

(3)關節(jié)變形或斷裂

(4)焊縫不飽滿或有超過規(guī)定標準的氣泡、夾渣和微裂紋

(5)高強度螺栓斷裂或從球節(jié)中拔出

(1)主要部件的變形和扭曲

(2)預埋件不符合圖紙和規(guī)范要求，高差和間距超標

(3)鋼架整體垂直度和整體平面彎曲超差，梁柱端板孔位置不對應，尺寸錯位

(4)主要受力節(jié)點焊縫不飽滿或有超過規(guī)定標準的氣泡、夾渣和微裂紋

(5)輔助穩(wěn)定結構，如支架、系桿、膝撐等。處于不合理的位置或處理不正確
